Reason for sale:  Moving to west coast

Directions:

On I-79: From the north, exit at Flatwoods; then take US 19 south to Laurel Court and junction of WV 15

On I-79: From the south, exit at Sutton; then take US 19 north to Laurel Court and junction of WV 15

From Laurel Court:  Drive east on WV 15 past airport, turn right onto Newville Rd.

Go 1 mile on Newville Rd. to 4-way intersection, then turn right

At forks of the road, take the right fork and continue to McNeill Ridge Rd., then turn left
