 Organized in 1978, the
Appalachian Blacksmiths Association is an affiliate of ABANA. We represent blacksmiths,
bladesmiths, and farriers in West Virginia and its surrounding states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, and Kentucky.
We publish a quarterly newsletter which keeps our membership up to date on events. The newsletter also features many metalworking tips.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
You need not be a blacksmith to join the ABA. You just need to have an
interest in metalwork (ferrous or non-ferrous), or horses, or knives and
cutlery. Or in making gun barrels! You don't need to own your own shop either.
Learn on our nickel, as it were, to see how far you want to go in this exciting
field. Our dues are low so as to cover the cost of the newsletter. Our other
events are covered by the work and donations that the membership offers.
|
| Annual Dues are $10.00
